Months of planning and hard work. Several sleepless nights. Three brochures. Three videos. Three TVs. One PB4 Controller. One L&L Operator. One DMG Signage Display. Twenty-five shirts. Twelve pairs of trousers. Seventeen hotel rooms. Litres of coffee. Numerous chocolates. One supportive team. One impressive stand. And most importantly, hundreds of great guests.
This year’s Liftex Show saw the inclusion of the Shorts team. Run by the industry for the industry, the Lift and Escalator Industry Association (LEIA) event is held every three years and features over 100 UK and international exhibitors.
From the beginning of our preparations, our concept was to create a platform that allowed us to have meaningful and constructive conversations with our customers across all four main divisions. Our stand needed to be inviting and comfortable while allowing people to flow from one division to another and ignite conversations.
Throughout both Liftex days, our stand and team exceeded all expectations by welcoming over 300 guests. To ensure their comfort, we served freshly prepared barista coffee and fair trade Tony Chocolonely chocolates while handing out our highly sort-after “Lift Professional” merchandise.
It was an immense privilege to speak to our guests face-to-face and assist them with their day-to-day work.
