We are committed to getting your quotation to you as soon as possible so that you can respond to your client quickly and get the lift or escalator
back in service sooner.

That is why we have introduced our 1-Working Day Quotation Promise.*

When you enquire about an ex-stock lift or escalator spare part, we will deliver your order free of charge if we do not provide a quotation within one working day.

*Quotations relating to ex-stock part enquiries only. Quotations may take longer when part identification is required, more information is requested, or non-stock part(s) are included within the enquiry. Enquiries received after 15:00, at weekends or on bank holidays, will be recorded as received the next working day. Lift Spares division only.

Non Stock, No Problem

We always respond to quotation requests as soon as possible. For parts not held within our immediate supply chain, we like to obtain an accurate price and lead time before issuing you a quotation.

We do this to indicate when we will deliver the part so that you can accurately arrange with your client when an engineer will arrive to repair their lift or escalator.

Spare Part Identification

The initial challenge for sourcing any spare part is identification. Knowing the current version can be tricky and confusing, with many parts superseded over time.

For this reason, we take 360° images of many parts within our range. Full spin images allow you to identify parts more easily and quickly with little or no assistance.

When you’ve been unable to identify a part or time constraints require a quick response, we can identify the part for you. All we ask is that you provide as much information as possible, including images.

We will then take over the identification process, allowing you to concentrate your resources on more immediate issues.
