Eligibility
The social media competition (“Competition”) is open to all individuals aged 18 and above residing in the United Kingdom and Ireland, except employees and immediate family members of Shorts Industries Ltd and its affiliates.
Entry
To enter the Competition, participants must:
– Like the designated competition post on either LinkedIn or Instagram.
– Tag a friend or colleague in the comments section of the competition post.
Number of Entries
Participants may submit only one entry per platform (LinkedIn or Instagram).
Prize
The prize consists of two free packs of “Lift Professional” Golf Balls (three balls per pack). A total of 10 winners will be selected from valid entrants across LinkedIn and Instagram. Winners will be chosen at random from the pool of eligible entries.
Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified on Shorts Industries Ltd’s official social media accounts after the Competition ends at 15:00 on Friday, June 7th, 2024. If a winner does not respond within three days after notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
Delivery of Prize
The prize will be delivered to the winner’s specified address within seven days after they have been contacted and confirmed their details.
Publicity
By entering the Competition, participants agree to allow Shorts Industries Ltd to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
General Conditions
Shorts Industries Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice. By participating in the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Governing Law
The laws of the English courts govern the Competition, and these terms and conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the English courts.
Participating in the Competition allows the entrant to abide by these terms and conditions. Shorts Industries Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.
