Stuck In a Lift Podcast

Entry is open to lift professionals aged 18 or over, residing in the UK or Ireland.

Employees of Shorts Industries Ltd or Blacks Productions, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

To enter, entrants must like and reshare the initial competition post promoting the podcast episode.

Posts may appear on several social media platforms; one winner will be selected from all eligible entries across these platforms.

Only one entry per person will be counted.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

The competition closes at 23:59 on [X date]. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

One winner will receive a Lift Professional graphic t-shirt. The winner may choose between the Adventures Await design or the Sisyphus design.

Available sizes are Medium, Large, and XLarge. If a different size is required, the shirt will be subject to a lead time.

No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

The winner will be notified via the platform they entered on within 7 days of the closing date.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be selected.

By entering, entrants agree that Shorts Industries Ltd (trading as Lift Professional) and Blacks Productions may collect and use their name and company for marketing purposes.

This information will be used to administer the competition, announce the winner, and for future marketing by the Promoters.

Data will not be shared with any third parties other than those necessary to administer the competition (e.g., courier services for delivery of prizes).

Data will be stored securely and retained for a maximum of 12 months. Entrants can request access, amendment, or deletion of their data by contacting either Promoter.

The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to winning the prize (for example, being named in a social media post).

The Promoters reserve the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without notice if circumstances make this unavoidable.

Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these rules.
