The support stretches across all of our Complete Lift products and extends from site surveys at the start of a project through testing and putting into service at the end.
Provision of our quotation & specification is MS Word format, to allow you to cut & paste it into your own quotation for your client
Conduct site surveys to ensure that the product we specify for you is exactly suited to your client's requirments
Production of site specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements to comply with all site H&S demands
Install the lift equipment and produce outstanding builders' work list
Deliver the lift equipment to site in unbranded vehicles
Conduct return visit to complete testing and apply CE marking
Provision of unbranded sales literature in electronic format for you to present to your client in support of your quote
Provision of comprehensive UK friendly General Arrangement drawings endorsed with your company logo and details
Conduct pre-start site checks to ensure all site work can progress with minimum hold ups
Conduct handovers, client demonstration and client training on the product
Production of complete project file and user manual
Provision of Declaration of Conformity
