We always respond to quotation requests as soon as possible. For parts not held within our immediate supply chain, we like to obtain an accurate price and lead time before issuing you a quotation.

We do this to indicate when we deliver the part so that you can accurately arrange with your client when an engineer will arrive to repair their lift or escalator.

Our mission to provide services that make part sourcing easy does not stop when the part leaves our warehouse.

Together with our courier provider, we work hard to get the parts you require delivered as promised.

For the lift industry, the new UKCA mark is scheduled to come into full effect from 1st January 2023.
