VIMEC Lifts

Since 1982, Vimec has specialised in the design and construction of lifts, stair lifts, stair climbers to overcome architectural barriers and improve access and mobility in both private and public buildings.

Today, Vimec's wide product range has brought it leadership on the Italian market, and it is now well-established on the international markets. With a work-force of more than 200, Vimec's production facility occupies an area of more than 35,000 sqm in the town of Luzzara in Northern Italy.

All Vimec products comply with the European Directives, and thus carry the CE mark. To assure this, Vimec has voluntarily opted to have the conformity of all its products certified by notified bodies (TÜV and IMQ). This commitment to quality is also confirmed by the fact that Vimec was the first Italian company in its sector to achieve UNI EN ISO 9001 Corporate Quality Certification, issued by DNV (Det Norske Veritas) and renewed under Vision 2000.
